April 13, 2018 at 5:07 pm #754662He could have had QJ, KQ, AJs, AQo, maybe J9-JQs. The stronger ones would have been preflop. 33 and TT would probably have shoved on the flop or turn.
In this situation I flop sometimes bet, sometimes check, but never checkraise, because too weak a hand would call his reraise, so you end up bluffing with a very good hand. Since I wouldn't flop like you already, I don't know how to advise you on the turn. On the turn I would check again because you already have a weak showdown value and a stright option. On the river you have a bluffcacher, so you judge according to your opponent, but mostly easy fold.
April 3, 2018 at 1:55 pm #754608A fold on the flop would be too loose for such a big 3bet.
April 3, 2018 at 10:42 am #754606AA is nut's only pre-flop. In addition, when playing more than 100bb, it is necessary to play wider. Here, you were definitely not ahead on the flop after his big 3bet. Obviously, he didn't care what hand you had. On the flop you can still call on a flash draw, but on the turn it's a clear fold, because you've just got a pair...
April 2, 2018 at 5:28 pm #754600Hello. Off-topic question. Which room are you gambling in here, because I've encountered these players in the RedStar room, but the hud doesn't work there, so I was wondering how you know their stats.

January 12, 2018 at 5:19 pm #753597Cannot compare NL2, NL5 and NL10 fish due to the fact that as the limits rise, so do the quantities and decisions taken. The smallest ones are very much a gamble and you don't have to think about anything, you just don't bluff and wait for them to pay you your pennies. Nl10 is already a pretty big penny and not everybody can afford to do whatever they want, they try to play more solidly, they just don't know how to play more solidly because they never really learnt.
Question. How are things with rakeback in PS now? I'm torn between playing PS with hud and playing elsewhere without hud. I really miss the hud and I think I would get up faster with it, because now I'm playing Microgaming and I'm struggling even with the 50% rakeback when I can't see my opponents' stats.
January 12, 2018 at 4:49 pm #753596In my opinion, the tournament should have been about 60 - 75% in the pot, and the river should have folded when the call came and your straight didn't close. Try not to bluff at these limits, the players there are more gambling, just try to value bet and catch their bluffs.
October 11, 2017 at 4:15 pm #752670So, I have a bug to see if A or K will open on the flop. Next time I'll go all-in preflop, of course I'll see AA or KK most of the time, because NL4 4bet is rare.
August 2, 2017 at 3:25 pm #743559Wouldn't it be enough to get to 8bb? If BB wants to enter, it will enter at both 8bb and 14bb raise. Only if he chooses to reraise, you will still have to fold, only you will have lost 6bb less.

May 22, 2017 at 4:46 pm #18209If I may stay on topic and discuss further: is it worth finding a room that might have a higher rake/lower rakeback, but has a hud? I jumped into Bestpoker, even though I hadn't tried NL10 before, and I hadn't played anything without a hud, so I got carried away. I have to go back to Microgaming NL4, but the hud doesn't work there either. Any idea what are the best remaining rooms in terms of rake/rakeback where hud works?
May 20, 2017 at 1:49 pm #18137I think you can still find a call on the turn, because you would have folded on the river with a weak hand, and there aren't that many stronger hands than yours, so if you got his probable all-in, you could fold
