1. The promotion starts on August 15 at 00:01 and continues until October 8, 2018.
2. All times mentioned in the promotion are local times.
3. Won packages cannot be exchanged for cash. Won packages can be transferred to another player at the discretion of the poker administration.
4. If a player wins more than one seat to a qualifying tournament, winnings for additional seats are not paid out.
5. If a player wins more than one package, winnings for additional packages are not paid out.
6. The package winner is responsible for successfully reaching the respective tournaments and must ensure that the necessary travel documents (passport and visa, health insurance) are valid and will not cause additional problems. Due to missing documents, the player may be disqualified.
7. By participating in any Malta battle tournament or qualifying tournament, players agree that in the event of winning a package, they will wear the issued personalized apparel (e.g., hats, t-shirts, badges) and wear clothing as directed by the poker administration.
8. By participating in the promotion, players agree that their names, nicknames, and photos may be used for advertising purposes.
9. Betsafe Poker reserves the right to change the promotion rules and conditions at any time at its discretion, including terminating the promotion if Betsafe has reason to believe that the promotion rules are not being followed.
10. If players collude and otherwise violate the rules at any time, all prizes will be voided and the player's account may be closed.
11. The usual poker room rules and Betsafe poker room rules and conditions also apply.
12. Betsafe is the sole arbiter of this promotion and all decisions are final and unchangeable.
13. Betsafe reserves the right to change the promotion conditions at its discretion or terminate the promotion at any time without further notice.
14. By participating in the competition, players agree to abide by these rules. General rules and conditions also apply. Betsafe reserves the right to prohibit any participation and disqualify participants from the promotion at any time if Betsafe has reason to believe that the participant has violated these rules and/or the general Terms and Conditions and/or is abusing the promotion.

16.
