The amount of chips in the pot compared to the amount of chips you need to put in to continue playing. For example, there is $60 in the pot, someone bets $6, so now there is $66 in the pot. Your call costs $6, which means the pot odds are 1:11. If you have at least 1 in 12 chances of having the best hand, it is worth calling.
