1. The promotion starts on August 15 at 00:01 and continues until October 8, 2018.
2. All times indicated in the promotion are local times.
3. Won packages cannot be exchanged for cash. Won packages can be transferred to another player at the discretion of the poker administration.
4. If a player wins more than one spot in a qualifying tournament, winnings for other won spots are not paid out.
5. If a player wins more than one package, winnings for other won packages are not paid out.
6. The package winner assumes responsibility for successfully reaching the respective tournaments and must ensure that the necessary travel documents (passport and visa, health insurance) are valid and will not cause additional problems. Due to missing documents, the player may be disqualified.
7. By participating in any Battle of Malta tournament or qualifying tournament, players agree that in the event of winning a package, they will wear the issued personalized clothing (e.g., hats, T-shirts, badges) and wear clothes according to the poker administration's instructions.
8. By participating in the promotion, players agree that their names, nicknames, and photos may be used for advertising purposes.
9. Betsafe Poker reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of the promotion at any time at its discretion, including terminating the promotion if Betsafe has reason to believe that the promotion rules are not being followed.
10. If players collude and otherwise violate the rules at any time, all prizes will be voided, and the player's account may be closed.

12. Betsafe is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and all decisions are final and unchangeable.
13. Betsafe reserves the right to change the conditions of the promotion at its discretion or terminate the promotion at any time without additional notice.
14. By participating in the competition, players agree to abide by these rules. General rules and conditions also apply. 15.
