    Hello,

Great idea! Cash game charts as an educational tool (especially on pages that don't allow huds) would be really useful. MTT charts - less so.

Until we make them public, you can contact our cash coaches personally.

    Hello,

We will restore this functionality by November, optimising the system.

Donat, a cooler hand is when a hand is lost not because of a player's mistake, but because of how the cards fell. A player with a strong hand loses to another player with an even stronger hand. The player who lost (received a cooler) usually had no way of avoiding this situation.

A classic example of a cooler is when both players have top pair on the flop and get three of a kind on the turn. It is fair for both players to push all their chips into the middle, even though one of them will lose heavily because of a lower kicker.
