MTT Low Cap Challenge - Impressions from Cyprus

Lemassol

Hello! So, a brief overview of the trip and Cyprus itself. First of all, you have to realise when you go there that the locals' understanding of things is very different from ours. In Cyprus people are more relaxed, they are not in a hurry and the worst thing is that they never tell you that they don't know something, at least when it comes to directions (there was a time when if you asked 5 locals about a place, they all pointed in different directions). So, as I mentioned in the video, the trip didn't go according to plan, because we didn't manage to rent a car, because we didn't have a hotel pre-booked when we arrived, and it turns out you have to have a hotel to rent a car there, so we chose a different way of travelling, we had to take buses and take transit.

There were even a few nights when we couldn't reach the cities we needed to reach, so we had to spend the night in an abandoned bunker, in a meadow, on the beach. It may not sound like it, but I'm really glad we did it this way and I recommend everyone to do it at least once in their life. As far as nature, weather and fun are concerned, it was really hot in Cyprus this time of year (I think the temperature was as high as 35 degrees on some days). And the coast, with its azure blue water (which we travelled along), has some really beautiful places, one of the must-see places being Cape Greco, a really beautiful piece of nature. As for fun, for anyone looking for fun, I suggest you go to Ayia Napa, where in the high season there is clubbing action almost 24/7. So, that's it in a nutshell, I don't want to expand, because I could go on and on and on.

By the way, I would like to thank Krista, who offered us to stay with her in Agia Napoj and be a local guide, thank you 😉 As for poker, I'm grinding again today, I'm feeling well rested, I'm hungry for poker and I feel like my head has restarted. By the way, I would like to congratulate my regular student Mindaugas "MaNombre7", who managed to reach 5 final tables while I was away and earn 3300 euros! And the next post on how I manage to finish the remaining few days of this week will be on Monday. Bye!
