Main Event action has started at EPT Barcelona. Day 1A saw 554 players take to the poker tables and 202 players survive. Three Lithuanians also took part in this day, with Matas Cimbolis doing the best. Players started with 30,000 chips. At the end of the day, Matas had accumulated as many as 156200 chips. Another Lithuanian, Matas Čikinas, also made it through to Day 2 carrying a more modest stack of 34,600 chips. Irena Macesovic was also present on Day 1A, but unfortunately she was unable to make it through to Day 2.
