At the EPT Barcelona “National” €1100 buy-in tournament, all Lithuanians were forced to withdraw from further competition after the second day. This tournament registered 4348 participants, including 27 Lithuanians, of which 10 managed to advance to the second day. This tournament formed a prize pool of €4.5 million. Unfortunately, the Lithuanians did not manage to win any big prizes. All 10 who made it to the second day guaranteed themselves a prize of €1650.
Here is the list of 10 Lithuanians with their positions and winnings. Vladas Tamašauskas, who was eliminated in 620th place and received €1650. He was followed by Rytis Sandaras, who finished in 558th place and earned €1650, Jurgis Ragauskas – €1650 (543rd place), Deividas Krygeris – €1810 (471st place), Liutauras Armanavičius – €2050 (418th place), Aistis Sandaras – €2300 (367th place), Domantas Klimčiauskas – €2300 (334th place), Eldaras Rafijevas – €2550 (304th place), Evaldas Aniulis – €2800 (262nd place), Aurelijus Stonys – €7050 (70th place).
