Communication
1. PokerioMokykla.com is a closed poker community, and we strive to maintain a high level of mutual understanding. Therefore, all communication within the school is based on mutual understanding.
2. Every student has the right to their own opinions and different perspectives. Thus, every member of the school must respect the opinions of others. However, any racial, religious, national, gender, or other discrimination is strictly prohibited. Members who intentionally violate this rule (intentionally insulting, inciting discrimination, degrading, harassing, threatening, or otherwise undermining the freedoms and dignity of others) will be immediately and permanently removed from the poker school, without the right to return. In such cases, the member is removed, and their paid entry and subscription fees are non-refundable.
3. If necessary, the administration of PokerioMokykla.com reserves the right to report threats or incitement of discrimination to the Lithuanian police and other institutions.
Writing Topics/Messages
1. Writing pointless messages, flooding, WRITING IN ALL CAPS is prohibited.
2. Messages that do not match the topic, e.g., Tomas asks about PokerStars, and Jonas talks about his seventh golf, will be deleted, and the authors will be warned.
3. We use the Lithuanian language in the forum, but it is preferable that poker terms are not translated, i.e., flop remains flop, bet remains bet, etc.
4. The use of obscene language, swear words, and messages in foreign languages is prohibited in the forum, except when quoting another source, etc.
5. Please do not create the same and/or similar topics in different sections or topics that have been discussed multiple times or for which answers already exist in the PokerioMokykla.com forum.
Responsibility
1. Each member assumes full responsibility for the content they publish in this forum.
2. PokerioMokykla.com does not advertise gambling, nor does it represent any poker company. The content on the site is purely informational. The administration of the poker school does not receive any income from gambling operators, etc.
3. Money for services provided (joining fee, subscription fee, lessons, auxiliary programs, training packages) is non-refundable even if a member is removed from the forum.
5. PokerioMokykla.com is not responsible for any damage you may directly or indirectly incur due to information obtained from the PokerioMokykla.com poker school, forum content, information reliability, loss, or delay.
6. PokerioMokykla.com will not tolerate messages whose content contradicts the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, international treaties, and messages that contradict ethical norms. Such messages will be removed.
7. The rules are constantly updated. Forum guests and participants must familiarize themselves with these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.
Advertising
1. Any type of advertising that is not coordinated with the administration of the PokerioMokykla.com poker school is prohibited. Users spreading advertisements will be warned, and their messages will be deleted.
2. Any affiliate-type link advertising is strictly prohibited on PokerioMokykla.com, both in creating messages and sending personal messages, especially those that violate the Lithuanian Gambling Supervision Law. Authors of such messages will be immediately and permanently removed from the poker school, money will not be refunded, and their data (including IP addresses) will be forwarded to the state gambling supervision commission as violating the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
