Podcast “Plus Session”: about self-criticism, money, and becoming ordinary

"Plush Session" - the first Lithuanian poker podcast. In the very first session, well-known game professionals "dartazzzz" and "bagoch" discuss MTT strategy, changes in the poker world, and many other topics. Listeners will hear answers to many questions about poker careers, high-stakes, and the future of the game.

Poker podcast Plus Session

The podcast “Plus Session” will answer many important questions about poker: how many losing sessions should you experience before moving down limits? From what buy-ins do MTT high stakes start? How does bankroll management change with the player's age? Is it worth playing poker full-time in 2020? You will hear the answers to all these questions in this episode of “Plus Session.”

There is no shortage of poker podcasts in English and other languages, but in Lithuania, there has always been a lack of video and audio material in this field. Andrius “benislovas” Bielskis had been planning a Lithuanian podcast for a long time, and he achieved this goal at the end of January. A few weeks ago, the Lithuanian poker community could enjoy the first episode of “poker strategy.” Mantas “bagoch” Bagočius and Tomas “dartazzzz” Jozonis were invited to the podcast filming.

In the first episode, Andrius Bielskis, along with the mentioned MTT experts, discusses many important questions for poker enthusiasts and professionals. Listeners will hear dartazzzz and bagoch's advice for those pursuing a poker career (and whether it is still worth pursuing), changes in bankroll management, and potential poker earnings. Tomas Jozonis and Mantas Bagočius also evaluate the difficulty of MTT high stakes, what buy-ins are considered HS, and what a player needs to stay at the highest level of the game.

Of course, many questions not directly related to poker strategy and career are also discussed. Tomas and Mantas talk about the beginning of their careers, learning, moving up (and down) the limits, playing with their own money before playing “on stake,” and share many other fun stories. Finally, the Lithuanian poker community and its specifics (the number of players in low-mid stakes, the lack of streamers) are discussed.

Although the target audience of the first episode is MTT players, this podcast is suitable for anyone interested in poker. Recreational players can learn a bit and find out about a professional career. More experienced poker players will hear Tomas and Mantas talk about their grind, learning, and the use of programs.
