Already on September 9, the Winning Poker Network and Americas Cardroom will host the largest progressive knockout tournament series in history, the $50M GTD MoMoMo PKO.
This tournament series will last for almost two months, until November 1, and on October 23, the largest series tournament, the $5M GTD Venom PKO Main Event, will begin. It will consist of four separate Day 1s, and the buy-in for the tournament will be $2,650. On November 4, the winner will take home more than $1M.
Speaking of other tournaments in the MoMoMo PKO series, players will be able to enjoy a very wide selection daily:
- buy-ins for tournaments start from $3;
- almost daily, there will be $200K GTD Super tournaments. The buy-in for these is $1K;
- tournaments will be of various formats: 8max, 6max, 8max Fast, 8max Turbo, 8max Super, 8max High Roller, 6max Turbo, 6max Survival Hyper, 6max PLOB Fast, etc.;
- tournaments will start daily from September 9 at 21:00 Lithuanian time. The last tournaments of the day will start early in the morning, at 05:30.
How do Progressive Knockout tournaments work? If the buy-in for the tournament is $10, then $5 will be added to the prize pool, and the remaining $5 will be allocated to your “bounty”. When you knock out another opponent who has a $5 bounty, you will immediately win $2.50, and the remaining $2.50 will be added to your bounty amount.
