The most successful Lithuanian poker professional was Dominykas Mikolaitis, who took third place in the main $5350 buy-in CPP tournament and earned the biggest win of his career – nearly $418,000.

This tournament had two starting days, during which a total of 1037 buy-ins were collected, creating an impressive $5,185,000 prize pool. Half of this pool was shared among the 9 finalists, with the tournament winner taking home $879,985.

Besides Dominykas, three other Lithuanians also performed well in this tournament. Evaldas Aniulis was eliminated when the bubble burst, finishing in 134th place and winning a total of $11,926. Meanwhile, Aneris Adomkevičius took an honorable 25th place and won $23,333, and Matas Cimbolas did even better – he finished in 12th place and won $52,887.

With three players remaining, G. Ramage was the clear leader, holding 70% of all chips, D. Ventura had slightly less than 20%, while Dominykas was in the worst position. He tried to propose a deal, but the leader G. Ramage refused.

In the decisive hand, Dominykas pushed all-in from the BB with A9, while D. Ventura called with AJ. After the flop, Ventura had already formed a straight, and the Lithuanian's hopes were very slim. To win, he needed hearts on both the turn and the river. He got lucky on the turn, but a club came on the river, and the Lithuanian finished the tournament in third place. The entire tournament was later won by the player from Peru, Diego Ventura, who eliminated Dominykas.
