GO TO THE POKER FESTIVAL IN MALTA

1. The promotion starts at 00:01 on 15 August and runs until 8 October 2018.
2. All times in the promotion are local.
3. Winning packages cannot be exchanged for cash. Winning packages may be transferred to another player at the discretion of the poker administration.
4. If a player wins more than one seat in a qualifying tournament, the winnings for the other seats won are not paid out.
5. If a player wins more than one package, no winnings will be paid out for the other packages won.
6. The winner of the package assumes responsibility for the successful completion of the relevant tournaments and must ensure that the documents required for travel (passport and visa, health insurance) are valid and will not cause any additional problems. Missing documents may result in disqualification.
7. By participating in any Battle of Malta Tournament or Qualifier, players agree that in the event of winning a package, they will wear the issued name badges (e.g. caps, t-shirts, badges) and clothing as directed by the Poker Administration.
8. By participating in the Promotion, Players agree that their names, nicknames and photographs may be used for promotional purposes.
9. Betsafe Poker reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion, including termination of the Promotion if Betsafe has reason to believe that the rules of the Promotion are not being followed.
10. If players play in collusion and otherwise break the rules at any time, all prizes will be forfeited and the player's account may be closed.
11. The normal poker room rules and Betsafe Poker Room Terms and Conditions also apply.
12. Betsafe is the sole arbiter of this promotion and all decisions are final and unalterable.
13. Betsafe reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at its sole discretion or terminate the promotion at any time without further notice.
14. By participating in the Competition, Players agree to abide by these Rules. The General Terms and Conditions also apply. Betsafe reserves the right to prohibit any participation and disqualify entrants from the promotion at any time if Betsafe has reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules and/or the General Terms and Conditions and/or is abusing the promotion.
15. Any personal information (name, surname, email address, contact telephone number) collected by the Campaign Organiser from a person participating in the Campaign and belonging to the LSG may be used for administrative and promotional purposes related to the Campaign. Personal information may also be used for market research purposes, including the analysis and relationship between our products and customers, and a player's acceptance of these rules shall be deemed to be consent to the uses listed.
16. By participating in the Promotion, Players also agree that the Promoter may share the Player's personal information with third party companies that work with LSG, subject to legal data protection agreements and for the following purposes: to administer the Promotion or to further promote the Promoter's activities to participants in the Promotion or to the third party businesses that are included in the LSG Promotion.
