"PokerioMokykla.com Knock-out Festival Tournament II ended with G.Bernatavičius' victory

PokerioMokykla.com Knock-out Festival Series II Winner Gytis Bernotavičius

"The second winner of the PokerioMokykla.com and Olympic Casino Live Poker Festival has been revealed.

The second knock-out tournament was won after a tough and prolonged battle Gytis Bernatavičius, who got the trophy, but with the runner-up Donatas Kiauleikis share a cash prize.

The tournament, with a buy-in of €100, attracted 56 players. Most of them were attracted by the knock-out format, which allowed them to immediately earn a €20 bonus for every player they knocked out.

The start of the game was active, without any intelligence, as 4 players re-entered the tournament in the first half hour. By the second break only 29 players remained.

After late registration closed, it became clear that 24 players had re-entered the tournament, bringing the prize pool to €7,200, of which €1,600 was for player bonuses.

The final table was reached at level 13 (1500 SB, 3000 BB, 400 ANTE) and players had an average chip stack of 100,000 chips each. Most players were evenly matched, with only the Poker School trainer slightly ahead Paulius "BluesKid" Žulonas, which had 150,000.

However, this was not enough to finish the tournament successfully. After knocking out 6 opponents during the tournament, Paul finished 5th.

The Bubble Boy is Olympic Casino live tournament veteran Devid Berlin. He called Vasily Piskunov, who held QQ, with AQs before the flop opened. The cards on the table made no difference, and Deid Berlin did not cash, finishing in 9th place.

The game slowed down considerably during the final stage of the tournament, with everyone aiming for first place. In the next 3 levels, only V.Piskunov left the table.

The blinds continued to rise, forcing players with fewer chips to take more risks. As a result, Gediminas Norvilas finished 7th, Tomas Bassus 6th, Paulius Žulonas 5th, and Deividas Čiakas 4th.

With only three players left at the table, the blinds were already 10,000 / 20,000 / 2,000. Rytis Sandras, who had the smallest chip stack, took a gamble and called Kiauleikis' 100,000 raise with all of his 90,000.

Rytis had a pair of 77 and Donatas had A-Q. The flop was already an ace on the board and the tournament was down to heads up play. Kiauleikis had 450k and Bernatavičius had 350k.

9 hours into the tournament, Donatas offered to split the money and leave the trophy for his opponent, who agreed, and G.Bernatavičius became the winner of the second tournament.
