The Millions Superstorm Series is coming soon to 888 Poker!

Over the past few months, the big poker rooms have hosted a number of spectacular tournaments. 888 Poker also decided to take it easy and announced that it has On September 10, the $8M GTD Million Superstorm, the biggest tournament series in the room's history, will kick off.

As we have already mentioned, the main tournament series will start on 10 September and conclude on 11 October with $320 Superstorm Main Event with $1M GTD prize.

Main Series tournaments

Total Superstorm series will consist of 480 tournaments with various levels of buy-in. Here are some of the most important tournaments in the series:

  • Sundays - 888 Millions Sunday Special $100K GTD with $215 buy-in;
  • Mondays - 888 Millions R&A $25K GTD with $33 buy-in;
  • Tuesdays - 888 Millions High Roller $100K GTD with $530 buy-in;
  • Thursdays - 888 Millions PKO 8-MAX $50K GTD with $160 buy-in;
  • Fridays - 888 Millions DeepStack $30K GTD with $55 buy-in;
  • Saturdays - 888 Millions 6-MAX $30K GTD with $109 buy-in;
  • October 11 - 888 Millions Superstorm Main Event (Day 2);
  • October 11 - 888 Millions Mini Main Event $75K GTD with a buy-in of $55;
  • Daily - 888 Millions BIG FISH $7K, $12K or $15K GTD with $5.50, $33 or $16.5 buy-in;
  • Daily - 888 Millions PKO 6-MAX $10K GTD with $55 buy-in;

As we can see, there are many different formats available to players every day, and tournaments with $5.50 buy-ins will also allow those who play small amounts to participate in the Millions Superstorm series.

How do I get to the $1M GTD Main Event?

Players will be able to qualify for the main, multi-phase Millions Superstorm Main Event already from 23 August. There are several different ways to enter the tournament:

  • by paying the $320 buy-in;
  • succant Daily Spinner A chance to win a ticket to the freeroll satellite tournament that will distribute tickets to the Main Event;
  • You'll have a chance to win a ticket to the Main Event simply by spending $5 in casino games or with a sports bet with a coefficient of at least 1.5;
  • Playing in poker tournaments with a buy-in of at least $3 will give you a chance to qualify for the Main Event;
  • Winning a hand with QJ in cash games will also give you a chance to win a ticket to the Main Event.

Day 1 tournaments will start on 23 August and will run daily at 21:00 until 10 October Players will start the action with 10,000 chips and 20-minute blinds. Each Day 1 tournament will end after 12 blind levels have been played. The remaining players will advance to the final Day 2 tournament on 11 October.
