Jenga online | Jenga rules

Jenga is a board game that requires physical and mental skills. Jenga is designed on a completely simple principle. All you have to do is pull out the wooden board so that the tower you build doesn't collapse and remains stable. The game is suitable for board game enthusiasts of all ages and, even better, there are many variations. And if you don't have any wooden blocks, grab your smartphone and try Jenga online.
Jenga game

Jenga was developed in Ghana in the 1970s. The name jenga is derived from the Swahili word "kujenga", meaning "to create". It was created by the designer and author of many popular board games - Leslie Scott. The game was only introduced to the general public in 1982 at Harrod's department store in London. A few years later, in 1986, it became popular in North America, and since then Jenga has become an international board game icon.

Jenga rules

Jenga is a versatile game for young and old alike. It can be played alone, in pairs or with a large group of friends. Jenga rules and purpose of the game very simple - to build the tallest tower possible.

The game consists of 54 wooden blocks. The game starts with these tiles arranged in a special order - 3 vertically and 3 horizontally. The tiles are arranged in this way until a solid tower is built. Traditional Jenga starts with the bottom row of tiles. The first player pulls out a wooden die and places it on top of the tower. It is up to the player to decide which bottom deck to remove and where to place it on top of the tower. The next player also takes a deck from the bottom row and places it on top, thus building a tower of wooden blocks with a full less balance.

Note! Pegs can be drawn from the three bottom rows, so in the first moves the peg can only be drawn from the bottom rows 1, 2 and 3. When an additional row is built with the dice, only then can the other dice be taken from rows 4 and higher.

The first player to destroy the tower loses the game. If you want to make the game even more interesting, there are various challenges for the person who is at fault for the game being interrupted.

Jenga online

Would you like to try Jenga made of blocks made of ice, stone or even sweets? Go ahead! Jenga Online's traditional version and its variations are just as popular as the traditional game. It is the online Jenga that allows you to play it however you want - with obstacles, hurricanes and earthquakes that put the stability of the tower at even greater risk.

An unconventional version of Jenga, with more interesting visual and sound solutions, one of the first computer game concepts of the 1990s. The online version of the game initially raised many questions, one of the most important of which was whether the game developers would be able to capture the idea of the "weightlessness" of the tower and replicate the physical movement of the blocks. After 10 years of painstaking research and testing, Jenga Online has finally come to the attention of die-hard PC gamers. Since 2010, a mobile version of the game has been developed for smartphones.

Jenga online

Jenga online games have been developed countless times over 30 years. The developers of this worldwide favourite haven't forgotten about the gamblers, with a version of Jenga: Las Vegas (see below) and a Jenga slot machine online slot that offers the chance to win big.

Jenga slot machine

Jenga slot machine is an 18-payline game with magical, colourful reels, exploding bombs, free spins, bonuses, bonus features and special offers. The game has a return of 94.76% and the maximum win is impressive - you can spin up to 50,000 paylines!

The game starts with a colourful tower of 54 rectangular blocks appearing on the game screen. The tower consists of 18 rows of 3 blocks in total. Each row corresponds to a pay line ranging from 1 to 18. There are also as many as 64 different bet combinations to choose from. Of course, you can also choose your desired budget. For this reason, the Jenga slot machine is suitable for both those who like to take big risks and those who like to gamble on smaller amounts.

Speed of play

The Jenga slot machine can be played at 3 speed levels - "Normal", "Fast" and "Very fast". These speeds indicate the rate at which new blocks will change and be added during each rotation:

  • "Normal speed - in this game, the initial tower is built in about 5 seconds to allow the player to see where the different coloured blocks stand.
  • "Fast speed - this will build a tower in less than 3 seconds without showing the player all the falling blocks.
  • "Very fast speed" - falling blocks are not shown at all, but the score of the game is shown immediately.

Selection of lines and bets

Selecting lines ("LINES"). The number of lines can be changed by clicking on the ◄ and ► buttons in the 'Lines' box on the game screen. This can also be done using the up and down arrow keys. Selected lines are lit, unselected lines are not lit.

Selecting Bets ("BETS"). When you start the game, all 18 rows are set to a default bet of 0.10 coins per row, for a total bet amount of 1.80 coins. If you wish, you can choose to increase or decrease the bet per line by using the ◄ and ► buttons in the 'Bet Per Line' box or by using the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard. If your game balance is less than 1.80 coins, the system will automatically adjust your bet to the next highest possible amount.

How to play?

Press the spin button and all the "pulled" decks will appear at the top of the tower, just like in a regular Jenga game. To win a certain amount you need 3 blocks of the same colour on each row. If blocks of the same colour appear in different rows, for example three, the payout value increases quite significantly.

Jenga slot payments

Inspired by the traditional Jenga, the online version of the game also has a unique twist, with as many as 7 brightly coloured wooden decks. All of them have different values and different payouts:

  • The purple decks are worth 1 coin;
  • Green - 2 coins;
  • Orange - 5 coins;
  • Yellow - 15 coins;
  • Red - 25 coins;
  • White - 50 coins;
  • Blue - 100 coins.

If an additional block of the same colour (called a 'linker') appears next to a winning line, the payout value also increases. The values of the additional decks:

  • Purple ones are worth 1 coin;
  • Green - 2 coins;
  • Orange - 6 coins;
  • Yellow - 18 coins;
  • Red - 30 coins;
  • White - 60 coins;

Decks with special symbols

There are also special symbol decks for even bigger payouts.

  • "The Magic Blocks are based on the same principle as the Wild symbols in other slots. It changes the colours of the adjacent decks in your favour and adds extra payouts. Magic Blocks occur on lines 3-16. Only 1 Magic Block can be present per game round.
  •  "Layer Bombs work more like expansion symbols ("Expand wilds"). These decks offer the prospect of some pretty impressive payouts. "Layer Bombs either cancel out other decks in the vicinity or replace all existing decks. 2 bombs destroy and replace 2 tower layers, 4 bombs replace 4 tower layers, and 8 bombs tend to destroy and replace 8 tower layers as well. These "bombs" are found in lines 4-14.
  • "Free Spins are awarded after the tower is demolished. The tower can fall completely randomly - it does not depend on your game skill.
  • "Bonus Blocks - random coloured bonus blocks fall directly on top of the tower.

If there are no matching colour blocks, at least one Layer Bomb or Magic Block, the round is over.

Balance is not only important for the wooden deck tower, but also for your game. It is important to have a minimum betting strategy and an optimal budget to ensure that your Jenga slot machine game does not disappoint. This slot machine gives you a choice - you can play with 9 or 18 lines (3 blocks each) on each spin and choose from 1 to 32 different bet options for each row of blocks. Line bets start from 0.05 coins and go up to a maximum of 25 coins. Other bets start at 0.45 coins per spin and go up to 225 coins per spin.

Traditional Jenga and its variants

Jenga developers have created a myriad of variations of the game to meet the expectations of all players.

Throw 'n Go Jenga

"Throw 'n Go Jenga"

A colourful version of the traditional Jenga. In addition, a hexagonal wooden deck is added to the multi-coloured wooden blocks dice.

"Uno Stacko"

What happens when you combine two popular games into one? Uno Stacko is born. This game - it's Jenga with Uno rules. In this game, the blocks are green, red, yellow and blue, numbered from 0 to 9, and there are also some action blocks. The rules are almost identical - the player must draw a block of the same colour or number as the one placed on top of the tower by the previous player. When a player places a 'Reverse' block, the direction of play changes. When a player places a Skip block, the other player skips a turn. When a player places a Draw Two block, the other player stacks two blocks. When a player places a Wildcard block, the player can choose which colour the other player is to draw.

"Jenga Truth or Dare"

This variation of the game for adults is developed by Hasbro. This game contains 3 colours of blocks - the usual tree colour, red and green. The red blocks are easier to remove, but to build the tower you have to complete the task written on the other side of the block. However, if the red colour scares you, you can choose the green block, but you have to answer the question written on the block. If you've completed the task but knocked down the tower, wait for your friends' task!

"Jenga Xtreme"

It uses parallelogram-shaped blocks, which give the tower a variety of shapes.

"Jenga XXL" and "Jenga Giant"

These are licensed Jenga games produced and distributed by Art's Ideas. These game variants are particularly popular with party organisers as a fun diversion during their celebrations. There are 'Jenga Giant' variants that start with a tower 120 cm high and end with a tower 240 cm or even higher! The rules are the same as in classic Jenga, except that players can use two hands to move the 45 cm long blocks.

"Jenga Pass Challenge"

The object of the game is to hold the tower of blocks with one hand while pulling the blocks with the other. In addition, you have to pass the tower of blocks and the entire stand from hand to hand! The first one to destroy the tower or... no longer hold the whole tower!

Jenga Casino: 'Las Vegas Edition'

It's very exciting that the traditional Jenga has been revived in the most famous city of lights and excitement - Las Vegas! "Jenga Casino: Las Vegas Edition - roulette style gamewith a special game board, betting chips and extra gambling rules.

Jenga Casino: 'Las Vegas Edition'

The game consists of 54 Las Vegas-themed wooden Jenga decks, a roulette board and 75 betting chips. How is Jenga Casino different from a traditional game? Each Vegas-themed Jenga block is numbered and coloured red or black. Just like in roulette, gamblers wager at every turn when playing this table game. Which deck will be drawn - Red 14, Black 22, or maybe the tower will fall after 10 moves? Betting makes the game even more exciting as each player feels the pressure and risks losing it all with just one hand shake or with the wrong wooden deck.

As you may have gathered by now, the traditional game of Jenga has not only captured the hearts of traditional board game enthusiasts, but has also found its way to online gamers. The online version of Jenga has given the game a new twist, with decks that flash on the screen in different colours, and the ability to play from anywhere in the world has given a new lease of life to an old, traditional board game, making it even more exciting.
