The best poker form of my life

timetable-2016-10-25

Hello! So I'm finally back to full speed, back in the swing of things and now I'm on my second day off and I'm missing poker. The results aren't terribly good yet, but I've had some good deep shots. Last week's best deep and best winnings : 3r 2nd (395eur, by the way HU JJ<KJ 🙁 ) , deeprun 10eur 4 that 370eur ( I really liked how I played this round's double and final table to 4handed, I managed to press my opponents very well, but I missed a few pots on 4handed and then fish knocked out my BTN shove with a 15BB 22 from the SB with a K6, when I was even with both of them and did not fold) , 26th in Big 100 Ps.fr (€226, I won a sata to this one) and 7.50 Bounty Builder 30th and 31st ($100~ each), in one of them I got a very painful cooler http://www.boomplayer.com/en/poker-hands/Boom/21157114_44499209DD (BB fish) . That's the results in a nutshell, and as for the quality of the game itself, I'm really happy, I used to have this fear or anxiety sometimes about making a 3-barrel or shoving the river with a bluff on a good runout, I'm finally noticing and "hitting" more spots where I need to make light calls or 3-bets, and the post-flop game has improved a lot. This is due to the fact that I am finally making myself analyse my game more and I have been reviewing my HH with another friend, and I don't know why, but my concentration in sessions has improved a lot (which used to be the biggest "knife" in my $/game), but there is still a lot of room for improvement in that respect. And one more important thing, the results of one session have much less influence on my decisions and mood while playing, I manage to maintain a pretty good quality of play even after dropping out of 20 tournaments without crashing, which I used to be unable to do in the past. So next week's plan is to do a 5 day grind and start combining more of the more expensive tournaments (20e , 30e and probably 10r) and try to play more tournaments per day (last week I got 15/d but I only play 6 tables and it used to be that you dropped out of all of them by 3am, you'd stay in one and play until 6am). And since I spent most of the time last week in front of the computer, there is not much more interesting to tell, because really all the days were just eat grind sleep repeat. By the way, after the last post I got criticised for telling too much about "a backward corrupt country" but I got a lot more positive feedback about it, so nothing will change 🙂 See you next week !!!
