14 December. The Pokeriomokykla.com and Betsafe Christmas Charity Challenge took place at the Rojaus Aces sports poker club in Kaunas, Lithuania. After a tough battle that lasted until almost 4.00 am, the winner of the tournament was Marius Zubrickas. He won a tuna trophy, a Betsafe poker set and a €220 ticket to the Fisherman's Challenge tournament. The bubble boy won Only Good Vibes A prize set up by the Buoyancy Studio. And the participant with the most purchases won DP60 - Escape room voucher.
The game raised €1060. Half of the money went to charity and the other half went to the dealers and to the bar and the bar accounts. All players received slips of paper to indicate which organisation they would like to donate to. Before the tournament it was announced that the charity would be split between two organisations. Thus, the most votes were received by Penkta Koja and the First Backpack Project. These two organisations received the funds raised during the tournament.
