Limitless did not spare his opponent sharp remarks before the challenge and stated that he wanted to show where Stefan truly stands in the poker hierarchy.
Stefan himself openly said that he started playing HU only a few years ago when he began grinding high-stakes, but even in such a situation, after playing 4-5 sessions against Limitless, he feels that the latter is even a weaker player than himself.
What are the conditions of this challenge?
Before the challenge began, both players agreed to the conditions proposed by Stefan:
- $50/$100 stakes, playing in the Pokerstars room;
- 30,000 hands or until one player loses more than $1 million;
- Players can refresh the time bank twice during one session;
- The entire challenge must be completed by the beginning of summer;
- The loser will have to publicly declare themselves a “fish,” congratulate the winner, and apologize for the insults. Additionally, if Stefan wins, Limitless will have to admit that his opponent plays better than Fedor Holz;
- If Stefan wins, he agrees to play again.
First week's results
A few weeks have passed since the challenge began. In the first week, 6,425 hands were played. During this short time, Stefan11222 gained a very significant advantage and is currently leading by $557,070.
