What is the WSOP+ app and how does it work?
The app for “iOS” and “Android” systems can be obtained from WSOPPlus.com. Since this app operates on mobile devices, it is easy to register and purchase passes for WSOP live games.
The app also features a virtual waiting list and an automatic notification system, allowing you to quickly find out when a spot becomes available. The virtual queue will now replace the long registration lines that used to form at the registration desks in the “Paris” and “Horseshoe” hotels.
Testing and feedback from WSOP Paradise
“WSOP+” was introduced and tested at “WSOP Paradise” in the Bahamas. People could use their phones to purchase tickets and find out where they would be seated. After a smooth implementation and positive player feedback in December, this sistema was prepared for the summer series.
WSOP CEO Ty Stewart stated that WSOP+ will further enhance the WSOP experience for everyone. It will help people save time and effort by allowing them to pre-register for their favorite tournaments. It will also help track WSOP information in real-time.
Features and real-time tournament tracking
Additionally, the app will store carefully selected content and data, such as tournament schedules, structure tables, chip counts, daily results, seating assignments, and more. Real-time updates will show information such as event times and the number of people remaining in the tournament.
To play or register, you only need a WSOP+ account. You can register and get a ticket at the registration location. An account will be created for you there. Tournament staff can scan the ticket's QR code to find your seat.
Players can pay via ACH, credit, debit, and “PayPal”, “Luxon Pay” (only for those living outside the US). Payment can also be made through the “WSOP” online selection system or by depositing funds in person at the “Paris” event registration point.
If paying by credit or debit card, no ticket purchase fee is applied. In addition to a WSOP+ account, you will also need a Caesars Rewards number.
