NHL, two teams showing very different styles of play meet. The Red Wings are currently at the bottom of the Eastern Conference and are overall the worst team in the league. Meanwhile, the Coyotes are having a very good season so far. The team is currently in 5th place in the Western Conference and looks really competitive.
The Red Wings are the team that has lost the most times in regulation (25 times in 37 games). Even playing at home, they show averages of 2.26 goals scored and 3.73 goals conceded. This means that on average, the Red Wings concede 1.5 more goals than they score. This is a very, very poor statistic. Speaking of the Coyotes, this team is the best away team in the entire league. Playing away, the Coyotes show averages of 2.79 goals scored and 2.42 goals conceded. Having a positive average while playing away is a very good sign. In this game, DeKeyser and Ericsson will not appear for the Red Wings, while Demers, Hjalmarsson, Hossa, and Kuemper will not help the Coyotes. There are no new losses for either team, so we can expect the involvement of all the best players.
So, NHL, and here we have the worst home team in the league against the best away team. The Detroit Red Wings look particularly poor this season and cannot be trusted. We choose the victory of the much more quality-looking Arizona Coyotes. Good luck.
